We want you to be happy and healthy! If you are not completely satisfied with your Veda products, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase!
How Do I Make a Return?
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The Veda team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund.
If you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return.
Where do I make the returns?
To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Veda. But we’re a friendly bunch 🙂
